Power Rankings for 10-11 Preseason

As we excitedly await the start of the 2010-11 Grizzlies season, it’s time to
look at the preseason thoughts of the power ranking prognosticators.

All these guys came in about the same on the Grizzlies, except for one. 
I don’t understand how Sagarin uses his mathematical calculations to predict the
starting rankings.  I understand it should be build some on last year’s
results, but why did the Grizzlies drop so in his rankings?  Well, I think
most of us believe that they will rise in the rankings.

Average ranking for the preseason is 16.63 (not including actual ranking and
Hollinger, who hasn’t started).
