I think that Matt Dollinger @SI.com is right-on about Conley being the key to the Grizzlies winning.
For those who like the idea (I don’t) there are a lot of comments about trading Rudy Gay. Why break up a team that is winning, ranked consistently as one of the top 6 or so teams in the league? A month of 50% winning games is not season.

I’m not sure we want Love at this point in the season with his injured hand. Also, isn’t Love a PF or center and Gay is a SF? Love would replace ZBo more than Rudy.
