Just curious but how do people feel in general about incentive clauses in rookie contracts? Do you believe incentive clauses would force rookies to be under too much pressure and encourage selfish play to earn their money or do you believe having incentives is a good way to motivate young players to improve their games?

I don't think that it will have too much effect. I think that his primary role will be as spot up shooter, and as long as he finds his spots on the wings and players are looking for him, he'll be OK. If he gets the same shots in the second unit as Rudy and OJ get with the first unit, I think he will do well.
