The first actual sellout since the season opener is expected Friday night as the media darling LA Lakers come to Memphis for the 1st time this season. Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and former Grizz Pau Gasol lead the new look Lakers but Steve Nash and Steve Blake, the top two point guards on the roster are not expected to play in the game.

Another media darling for the Grizz... We made good work of the Heat, Thunder, and Knicks, so I see no reason not to continue this trend!

In addition, I cannot wait to see Darrell back in action. Hope he makes it onto the court, and more importantly walks off still in one piece!

Go Grizzlies! This is going to be a great game tonight and one I honestly believe the Grizzlies will win.

sellout, and the Grizzlies win. And had not the Lakers hit that flurry of threes late, it would not have been close at all.

The better team won, no question about it.

The Grizzlies did well, especially playing 5-6 most of the night. The #15 ref was plainly a Kobe sack-rider. I get so frustrated watching the same calls Kobe gets go silent on our end, often times when there is much more contact. But we won. If the game had been called evenly, it wouldn't have been much of a contest!
