Rudy gay was the man. With 19 seconds left, he scored a clutch-jumper. And what made things better is that he had a season-high of a dazzling 33-point, ten-rebound performance. Zach Randolph, who's been a surprise all year long, added 21 points with eleven boards. Phildelphia's Lou Williams had a great night, scoring 31 points for the Sixers, a career-high for him, and was also the top-perfomrer for his team. He also added six steals. With Memphis leading 98-95, Gay scored a jumper to seal the deal. The place was filled with A.I. jerseys, even though Iverson is on neither of the teams anymore. But the fans were giving the man his support, count that over 14,000. Mike Conley dished in six assists in the victory. The Grizzlies move up to 4-8 and will face the Minnesota Timberwovles tomorrow. It looks like a good matchup. And with the Grizzlies, all the matchups are going to be great! |

ps am in the only one that has to enter the shitty ass code everytime i post? is there any way to not have to do that? i mean, what does that do?
go em effin griz
There are a few things that worry me but as long as they are winning I guess it's not too important.
1)Conley. He had a clutch basket but mostly like one of the other bloggers said, acts like a dog with his tail between his legs.
2)Mayo. He wears the SG spot, but can't hit a spot up jumper. He had missed 3 open threes but then hits the one with the hand in his face. Typical Mayo. If he can hit the open shot more often, Grizz can be so much more dangerous team.
3)Gay. Games like this give Rudy a reason for throwing up heaps of out of rhythm bad shots. He still doesn't look to capitalise on the double teams (creating)enough and still prefers to shoot over the top of them. Imagine his potential if he could improve this area like Melo has. The rotations on D could be improved alot as well.
The Grizz could be soooo much better. But it's hard to complain too much when there is a win streak. The talent is there, but hopefully they can keep improving these areas.
