Well, can’t really say too much about these two important games right now, ‘cuz I’m being hemmed in by household obligations (involving mounting heavy items in plaster walls) at 10 PM on a Saturday night. No, I’m not kidding.

I’ll be back tomorrow evening with a more detailed look at these two games, but for now, a couple quick points…-Tim Duncan, revving the engine just in time. Father Time does not yet have a good grip on this guy’s heels.

-Rudy Gay with 26 and a team-high 12 boards against a team that has stymied the Griz since, oh, the Mayans started building pyramids. Speaking of turning it on at the right time….he’s gettin’ his flow on for sure.

-the LOOOONG stretch on the floor for ZBo in the first half of the Jazz game may have been a bit much-he’ll sleep extra well tonight.

I’ll have time tomorrow to delve into these games more deeply, and I’ll make a post about what the Griz need to improve as the playoffs approach. Offensively as well as defensively. Enjoy the victory, I’ll be going back to my land of toggle bolts and plaster walls….

What’re the odds of us running the table? I know I’m looking ahead and taking a LOT for granted, but with Dwight Howard out for the season, we play ZERO playoff teams. ZERO.

Who in the Grizzlies organization do the fans send a petition to in order to ban “Cracker Rapper” from the bench seat? He is annoying enough in his regular seats and now has become to much to bear.

    Thanks.
